Pierogi #Beef #Skillet


    1 pound flooring beef
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1 can (14-1/2 ounces) pork broth
    1 package deal deal (16 ounces) frozen cheese and potato pierogi, thawed
    2 cups frozen blended vegetables (about 10 ounces), thawed and drained
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese


    In a huge cast-iron or different heavy skillet, prepare dinner and crumble pork with onion over medium warmth till not pink, 5-7 minutes; drain, booking 3 tablespoons drippings.
