Grilled #Shrimp #Foil #Packets

We love a nice shrimp boil, but regularly we do not have time for the production. Foil packs turn a shrimp boil into person events which might be so fun tho throw onto the grill! It's everything you like with method much less work.


1 1/2 lb.

large shrimp, peeled and deveined

cloves garlic, minced

smoked andouille sausages, thinly sliced

ears corn, every cut crosswise into four pieces
1 lb.

red bliss potatoes, chopped into 1-in pieces
2 tbsp.

extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp.

Old Bay seasoning

Kosher salt

Freshly floor black pepper
2 tbsp.

freshly chopped parsley

lemon, sliced into thin wedges
4 tbsp.


    Preheat grill over excessive heat, or preheat oven to 425°. Cut four sheets of foil about 12 inches long. Divide shrimp, garlic, sausage, corn, and potatoes flippantly over the foil sheets. Drizzle with oil, then upload Old Bay seasoning and season to style with salt and pepper. Toss gently to combine. Top every combination with parsley, lemon and a tablespoon of butter each.
    Fold foil packets crosswise over the shrimp boil combination to fully disguise the food. Roll ideal and backside edges to seal them closed.
    Place foil packets on grill and prepare dinner till simply cooked through, about 15 to 20 minutes (or move to oven and bake for 20 minutes).
