    1 teaspoon contemporary black pepper
    1 tablespoons packed darkish brown sugar
    ½ tablespoon smoked paprika
    1½ tablespoon candy paprika
    2 kilos boneless, skinless fowl thighs or breasts, trimmed and cut into 1" pieces
    2 teaspoons kosher salt
    four slices bacon, cut into ½-inch pieces
    1 cup of your favourite BBQ sauce
    four - 6 steel or wood skewers

Grilled Honey BBQ Bacon Chicken Kabob


    Light the grill and warmth to medium-high.
    In a huge bowl, toss the fowl with the salt.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for no less than 30 minutes and as much as 1 hour.
    In a meals processor, activity the uncooked bacon till a tender paste forms, 30-45 seconds, scraping down the bowl throughout processing.
    Mix in contemporary black pepper, candy paprika, darkish brown sugar and smoked paprika. Pulse till totally smooth.
