Amp up your fried rice by adding fermented kimchi in this Korean Kimchi Fried Rice recipe! It’s a great way to use leftover rice, and dinner is served in an hour.
Ingredients

  • 2 Carrots, diced (about 1 cup), medium
  • 1 cup Edamame
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Green onions
  • 1 cup Green peas
  • 1 Yellow onion
Refrigerated
  • 1 14-ounce package Tofu, extra-firm
Condiments
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
Pasta & Grains
  • 2 cups Brown rice, cooked
Baking & Spices
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Turmeric, ground
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1 Pompeian avocado oil non-stick cooking spray
Prepared
  • 1 1/8 cup Kimchi
Other
  • 1/2 teaspoon kala namak (black salt)
